Who I Work With
My focus is working with leaders who are motivated towards continuous improvement. I tend to work with leaders who:
- are stepping into a particular leadership role for the first time.
- are leading organizations through periods of growth or change.
- are carrying significant responsibility in mission-driven organizations.
- are trying to build healthier teams and stronger organizational cultures.
- feel like their organization's complexity has outgrown its systems.
These situations resonate with me because I've personally and professionally experienced each of them myself.
Common Coaching Conversations
Each coaching relationship is unique, because your approach to leadership is unique to you. However, there are certain coaching issues that often surface across different leaders and organizations. Have you ever caught yourself thinking one of these?

Coaching Logistics
My coaching sessions are completely driven by the goals and objectives of my clients. I'm not there to have an ulterior motive; I'm there to serve you in your leadership journey. It is a collaborative process where we identify goals for yourself and we actively work towards them.
For coaching to be optimal, I recommend regular sessions once every two or three weeks. Coaching sessions can be purchased in packages or as one-off meetings. All sessions are virtual or can be in person (for an additional cost) in the Rhode Island/southeastern Massachusetts area.
I primarily work with individual leaders, but I also have worked with leadership teams and welcome inquiries about how to best provide support to leadership entities.
New clients are always welcome to book a half hour exploratory call with me free of charge to see if we might be a good fit for each other.
